stay, don't go, never leave me, etc.

once upon a time, i lived in my favorite city in the world with 3 of my best friends!
then we all went home for a short time.
but then i came back!
and then…slowly but surely, the other 3 came back as well.
then caroline left. :(
but lindsaay, kayla and i remained.
a few months went by….
…and then lindsay’s and kayla’s ‘europe time’ ran out as well.
and even though they lived in rosenheim (which was a few hours away from me)
and i didn’t get to see them on a daily basis,
it still helped knowing they were just around the corner….sort of.
so, selfishly, i find it sad that they’re in america to stay.
and also rude.  they're the rudest.
but regardless of all that, here are some photos from our last night together.
we spent it in salzburg - where else?

to lindsay and kayla,
thank you for making my dream of all of us being back in europe again come true
if only for a short while.
and if you both decide america doesn’t have what you need at the moment….
well, you know where i’ll be.  :)

Aw, that is sweet that you had so much wonderful time with your friends that you miss them now. It's nice that you all were able to be in Europe together though at least for a period of time, that's like a dream!

Chage is tough. Sometimes I want to kick it in the face. I know it's depressing that your bffs had to go back to the homeland, but at least you have so many incredible memories together! :)

Well, BOO on friends who decide to skip out of town on you! I totally know the feeling- even if they're off on new, wonderful adventures, it's still sad that they're not around to play with.

This is sad and bittersweet! Change is one of the hardest things to accept, which is really quite the downer considering it's such a major part of life.

I love hearing about the crazy adventures my friends are on, in all corners of the world, in all phases of their lives. It's sad sometimes because we're all so far away now, but I just think about how happy people are following the path life has brought them and I know things are the way they should be.

Good luck to you on all of YOUR new adventures!
