one afternoon in london, i rode the tube by myself to the beatles store (where i bought this poster).

it’s right next to the elvis store and rumor has it that the beatles store owner and the elvis store owner have a longtime mutual hatred for one another.  ;)

both stores are super touristy and cheesy, but…i loved them!  if you’re ever in london, be sure to stop by and tell them i sent you.  (they won’t know who i am, but i like to feign importance.)

also, the clock is ticking on this giveaway.  enter away!

@Barbara

It is actually right by the Sherlock Holmes Museum! Outside of the Baker Street tube.

That store may be cheesy, but sometimes cheesy is all kinds of awesome. Looks like a fun tourist stop! :)

How have I never heard of this before?! I died of happiness in the Beatles museum store in Liverpool though.

@Alex,

I wanted to go to the Beatles Museum in Liverpool but was told by some Brits "If you go there, you will be knifed" (alluding to it being a shady spot?). Based off of your survival story, though, I think it would've been fine! Dang.

is it weird that i think the mutual hatred part makes these stores even cuter? i mean, what a funny life to have a beatles store and hate elvis store man. i love it! team beatles store, all the way.
